The London Ultrasound Centre is a private scanning clinic for women in the heart of Britain’s private medical district in London.

The centre is proudly independent and co-owned by Mr Darryl Maxwell, a Consultant in Ultrasound for Obstetrics and Gynaecology.

Mr Maxwell is also the senior Fetal Medicine Specialist in the Fetal Medicine Unit at Guy's and St Thomas' Hospital.

Mr Maxwell used to deliver around 1000 babies per year in his obstetric practice and has since become a renowned specialist in women’s ultrasound diagnostics for pregnancy and gynaecology.

We are committed to strive for excellence and are always looking for ways to improve our service. This means that you will be provided with only the latest and best techniques performed by a highly trained and dedicated team, hand-picked by Mr Maxwell.

We believe passionately in the advances that ultrasound has brought to clinical medicine for women which is why ultrasound is at the core of our practice.

At The London Ultrasound Centre we deliver sensitive patient care and a personal service in a relaxed environment.  It's a standard of care that we would expect to receive ourselves.

Although we have a strong internet marketing presence we are a bricks and mortar establishment staffed by the people who you see on this website.
We do not use library images of models photographed in studios to advertise our practice.

We are a registered and accredited centre of The Fetal Medicine Foundation.
