Claire is the senior Midwife-Sonographer at the Fetal Medicine Unit of St Thomas' Hospital. A qualified Midwife and Sonographer, Claire is the coordinator of the largest Down Syndrome screening program in London. An expert scanner, Claire is particularly skilled in early pregnancy, nuchal scans and 3D/4D scans. She also is accredited by the Fetal Medicine Foundation for Nuchal Scans. Her licence includes certification for scanning for the presence of fetal nasal bone, the absence of which is often a marker for Down Syndrome. A native French speaker Claire is building a solid reputation for her care of ladies from London's French community. Claire scans on Saturdays at the London Ultrasound Centre.
