Dr Cheryl Ellis

Dr Ellis is Consultant in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Epsom and St Helier Trust.

Dr Ellis has a lifelong commitment to ultrasound performing some of the early research work that validated the technique in obstetrics and gynaecology while she was research registrar at Queen Charlotte’s Hospital. She was subsequently Senior Lecturer in the Centre for Fetal Care at Queen Charlotte’s Hospital before moving to her present post at Epsom in 1990.

Dr Ellis has been performing ultrasound and ultrasound guided amniocentesis and CVS since these techniques were first introduced into clinical practice.
