Help us to help you

At The London Ultrasound Centre we make every effort to ensure that our patients are seen on time but there are also things that you can do to make your appointment run smoothly:

Arrive a few minutes early and unwind in our spacious Patient Lounge
New patients please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment start time to complete registration details
If your partner or companion is traveling separately ask that they also arrive early
Please come with a full bladder for all Gynaecology Scans or any pregnancy scans less than 11 weeks gestation
Ensure that you have an accepted Credit Card, Debit Card or Cash to cover the cost of your appointment. Cheques are not accepted

Opening Hours are:

Monday to Friday | 0900 - 1800
Saturdays | 1000 - 1800
Sundays | Closed
Bank Holidays | Closed

Weekend bookings and appointments outside normal business hours (0900 - 1800) will incur a surcharge.

Should you wish to be scanned by one of our Consultants charges will be higher to cover specialist fees.

The following prices are for scans performed by any of our Advanced Ultrasound Practitioners during weekday business hours.

Multiple pregnancies will require longer appointment times and around a +30% surcharge on fees

Appointments usually take around 20 to 30 minutes for a single pregnancy. More complex procedures, consultations and multiple pregnancies will take longer.

Service Terms

All bookings are subject to a £50 deposit refunded as a subtraction from your account on the day of your scan.

Should you arrive 15 minutes or later after your appointment start time your booking may be rescheduled for another day.

Late arrivals that are not able to be seen on the same day will incur a retained deposit.

Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will incur a retained deposit.

Weekend scans are subject to a £10 surcharge to cover additional costs.

Your payment will be taken after the consultation upon delivery of your report

Cash is accepted - the correct amount would be appreciated
